The Rainbow roll was exceptionally fresh and delicious.

I had the steak and scallops w a shrimp appetizer, fried rice and veggies. Totally busted my diet – but everything was cooked perfectly, with more food on the plate than even a hungry man should be able to finish.

As someone who has Celiac, I can not explain how amazing this restaurant is! I told the waiter I was gluten free and he was able to fully accommodate all of my dietary restrictions, which is not easy for a place that uses soy sauce regularly! Hands down one of the best experiences I have had at a hibachi restaurant.

Food was excellent, filet, shrimp, scallops, bacon fried rice all incredible. Our chef was a pro, fun, entertaining and added to a superb evening. Server was attentive, friendly, wine and cocktails were all very good.

Absolutely a place worth visiting, the food is fantastic and fresh, the cost is affordable and it is regularly well kept there. Highly recommended.

Always great… The Bar specials are always amazing and great prices… The bar staff and wait staff are fabulous …. For such a very busy place we never feel ignored or rushed… Wow

Great Food, Fun Bar. 6 of us had the hibachi dinner, food was excellent, the chef very engaged. Nice drink selection too. Love this place.

Absolutely the best sushi in Pleasant Hill! Got an order for the family for pickup and it was ready in about 35 minutes, everything was delicious and everyone was nice when I had walked in to get my order. Pricing was fantastic for the quality of sushi we got. Looked like a cool place to sit at for a sports game as well! Has a bar and tons of seating. Highly recommending for everyone!

Hands down my favorite Japanese restaurant! Always so much fun, and everyone is so friendly. We go several times a year. Started just going to celebrate birthdays – now we go because we want a delicious cocktail with amazing food!

Love this place! You have the option for sushi/sashimi or Teppanyaki depending on your mood and they are generous with this portions. Their food are tasty and I love trying new things from their menu because you can’t go wrong at Kobe Japan Restaurant!

Love the food and the cooking of the meal is the best show in town. Very talented chefs who are jugglers, comedians and flavor magicians all in one.
